Family Values
Who are we? What do we live by? What is our code of conduct? Below are our core values. When we look to add people to the MXySTAFF we look to see if that person has these values already. These core values will help us become an established rich bunch of people not just financially but spiritually. Before you look at your neighbor it is important to look within yourself and ask are you within these core values? When you are on your own doing your own thing do you fit within these core values? It’s Death Before Dishonor and this is how we break it down.


Passions – Fire leads to light, energy and heat. Passion is to fight through pain even when a win is impossible. To have passion is having that drive in you to turn anything in to a possibility. To be part of the MXySTAFF is to be part of a passionate team.

Honour – Death before dishonor is a code of life. Whenever we are at a MXySTAFF meeting or away from this meeting living our own lives we must be honourable to ourselves and reflect honor to everyone we touch. To move in dishonour is a move that can haunt you and rub of on everyone you love.

Accountability – To be accountable is an important aspect of being part of our culture. Think of every tasks you promise to do as the wings of a butterfly that flickers to cause a storm elsewhere. If you do not flicker your wings then there will be no storm and it can throw all the elements that are required to build a storm of balance. No task is less important than another and all tasks require to be done on time.

Family – A business is an entity that is raised organically a business is an infant that needs to learn how to walk. To walk is a lesson that is tought to a baby by observing his family and the love that family has. The best people in the world are raised by a family who knows their self worth but also understands that everything they do can affect everyone involved. To affect your colleague in a negative way is to affect the family and initially the child.

Fun – We are a collective of creative minds. We work for a magazine designed to educate, inspire and grow the mind of the person who reads it. We want to do this in an entertaining way, however entertaining comes from withing and everything we do amongst ourselves has to have that feel. Because how we feel about ourselves and the work we do will reflect on the magazine and may influence someone for the rest of their lives.

Learning – The learning shall inherit the Earth. The learned will rule what no longer exists. The world around us grows constantly we as individuals change and grow constantly. From the moment we live and say we know it all and stop asking questions is a moment we lose touch with reality. If we lose touch with reality we lose touch with ourselves and all the people we talk with.

Creative- It's a the closest men can come to understanding what GOD does, being creative. Being part of the MXySTAFF means that you will be around creative minds at all times

Truth – To be the truth consistently is a sacrifice. To be truthful to all men around you can hurt people and in many instances alienate that person. But it's better to fail in being truthful to yourself than to succeed in lies.
