If you are working with us it is assumed that you have read and understood everything in here. We also reserve the right to adjust or make changes without notice.
I don't have new pictures :(
That's ok, if your old ones pass through quality we will work with you, whenever you receive new ones contact us and we will do a new interview so you can promote the newer pictures. cool? :) That way you get more exposure and we continue to deliver on our promise to bring in a quality interview every week.
What do you do with these pictures?
Pictures are stored on our server indefinately. We keep them for promotional use or for the purpose of putting pictures up on THE SWEET 16 countdown. You also grant us the right to modify the pictures to fit the format of the website.
Photographer's Credit
Any picture that you send remains the copyright of the rightful owner however getting a photographer credited or promoted on the site is your responsibility. By sending the pictures you give us the right to modify these so they can fit the format of the website.
Please note: In Canada once a picture is modified that the copyright reverts to the source that has modified it
Do you guys take pictures of me?
We can do that. We are working on a pay for content section for the website which has a launch window of summer 2010
Do I get to see my interview before it is published?
We might preview what the final content may look like so we can get your input but please note that we are not obligated to do so.
Publishing your interview
Once we like the final product we send you a publishing date. Most of the time interviews get posted on mondays and if we are ahead of schedule we do it on sunday. We reserve the right to change dates or cancel the interview without notice.
Can you take my interview of your servers please?
No, we don't have to do anything, you already agreed to have the interview published. Everything on the website belongs to us. We also reserve the right to take your interview of the site without notice.
Change my date please!
We don't have to do any of that however once we have sent you a publishing date we require that you give us 5 days ahead of that day to change this date. It will allow us to scramble and notify another model that their date has changed. Thanks for the courtesy
The SWEET 16 Countdown
MXyMAG has featured over 60 women in the past year. The SWEET 16 countdown features 16 of the most visited women on the site and some of these ladies have been on there since we started keeping track. The Sweet 16 Countdown is based on unique IP addresses visiting your page or loading your pictures.
Do I get paid?
You don't get paid to do an interview however we are working on a business structure that will continuesly reward the top models on The Sweet16 countdown.
