Not working hard but being consistent and efficient with the limited amount of time you are given. Remember that someone who does .10cents everyday will eventually accumulate $36.5 (right?) Germany, that's were "Hollywood" started her dream. She would practice being Tina Turner in the mirror at the age of 5 and as she grew up she never let it go. She first went to the coast of Rica (Costa Rica) and eventually landed in the land of opportunity with nothing but a briefcase a toothbrush and her dream. Just like any self made hustler she started at the bottom of the food chain as a waitress in a health food restaurant, which is a good filter to separate the strong from the weak and the poor from the rich. It's an experience that shows you what you’re made off. Fortunately for all of us Elke was built like a stallion, strong and rich.
